Terms of Service
NorthSignal is a B2B appointment-setting service operated by LEI YANG as a sole proprietor in Markham, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By purchasing our services, you ("client", "you") agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We research your ideal customer profile, build verified prospect lists, run personalized cold email outreach with multi-touch follow-up, and book qualified sales meetings directly onto your calendar. We do not participate in your sales calls and we do not close deals — closing is your responsibility.
2. What counts as a qualified meeting
A meeting counts toward your quota only when all three are true:
- An attendee is a decision-maker or has buying influence at their company;
- The company fits the industry, size, and geography criteria agreed in writing before outreach begins;
- The prospect actually attends the meeting.
No-shows and meetings that do not fit the agreed criteria are replaced free of charge — they are never counted.
3. What you provide
- Your booking link or calendar access so we can place meetings on it;
- Your written ideal customer profile (industry, company size, geography, titles);
- Timely attendance at booked meetings and professional follow-up with prospects.
4. Fees and payment
- Retainer: US$1,800/month for 10 qualified meetings, billed monthly in advance;
- Pay per meeting: US$150 per qualified meeting, minimum US$1,000/month;
- Seed pilot: US$1,200/month for 3 months, available to a limited number of clients.
Undelivered meetings at the end of a billing period are credited toward the next period or replaced — see our Refund Policy.
5. No outcome guarantee beyond meetings
We guarantee qualified meetings as defined above. We do not guarantee revenue, closed deals, or any specific business outcome. Whether a meeting converts is your responsibility.
6. Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date by emailing hello@northsignal.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Per-meeting plans can be paused with 7 days' notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service to promote anything unlawful, and not to misrepresent our work as your own internal team without disclosure where it matters.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
